I have used TCC Property Services and Maintenance Ltd for the last 2-3 years, no job is too small, I can report a repair in the morning and Tim will attend ASAP, he informs me every step of what is needed and what has happened. We used TCC Property Services for a large building project at the back of our house to rebuild an extension that was falling down. Other contractors had visited the site and then never contacted me again. Tim and his team made several site visits and put together a plan of how to deal with the complex building works required. Their communication throughout was excellent, and we always knew where we were up to and what was being proposed. The work started in January and was completed in April. It was always a pleasure dealing with the people working on site. They always left the site secure and told us on days they weren’t able to come. During the project, several features were added. When problems were encountered, they always found solutions, and they aimed to keep costs down as much as they could. We are delighted with the result. It is so much better than anticipated. Communication is extremely important to us, to know what’s happening and when, and they excelled at this. I would thoroughly recommend TCC Property Services, and indeed I already have recommended them. I intend to have them looking after my property maintenance and future building work
